Welcome to Soullytic. These terms govern your use of our platform for booking counseling services at NIT Andhra Pradesh.

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Soullytic platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soullytic.
2. Description of Service
Soullytic is a software platform that enables eligible members of the NIT Andhra Pradesh community to book and manage appointments with qualified mental health professionals provided by the institution. The Service is a facilitator of these connections; the psychological care itself is provided by the counselors of NIT Andhra Pradesh.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Your Commitments
- Eligibility: You must be a currently enrolled student, faculty, or staff member at NIT Andhra Pradesh to create an account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Respectful Conduct: You agree to interact with counselors and support staff in a respectful and appropriate manner.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Fees
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Booking: Appointments must be booked through the Soullytic platform.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any penalty.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or failing to attend a scheduled appointment ("no-show") may result in a fine or temporary suspension of booking privileges, as per the counseling center's policy.
Service Fees
Counseling services at NIT Andhra Pradesh may be subsidized or free of charge. Any applicable fees for sessions, assessments, or penalties will be clearly communicated to you through the platform at the time of booking.
5. Emergency Situations
Important: Not for Crisis Use
Soullytic is a scheduling platform and is NOT an emergency response service. The counseling services are not available 24/7. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or any other emergency, you must seek immediate help.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy and confidentiality are critically important. All your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details the information we collect, how we use it, and the strict confidentiality standards upheld by the counseling professionals.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise in breach of NIT Andhra Pradesh policies. You may also delete your account at any time through the platform's settings.
8. Intellectual Property
The Soullytic software, logos, branding, and content (excluding your personal data) are the exclusive property of Soullytic and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we aim to provide a high-quality platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Soullytic is not liable for the clinical advice or care provided by the counselors, who are personnel of NIT Andhra Pradesh. Our liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
